Atty. Romir David B. Gavino, a Senior Associate, has over eight (8) years of experience in civil, criminal, administrative, and labor litigation. Romir’s litigation experience includes handling cases before government agencies such as the Energy Regulatory Commission (“ERC”), arbitration before the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (“CIAC”), and intellectual property disputes before the Intellectual Property Office (“IPO”) and trial courts, among others.

Though his practice is particularly focused on trial, he also serves as retained counsel and/or Corporate Secretary for several of the Firm’s clients. In such capacities, he advices and assists on commercial transactions, contracts, compliance with regulatory requirements, HR matters, and public biddings for government projects.

Romir obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo De Manila University in 2012. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Studies from the same university.
