Atty. Mike Gerald C. David

Special Counsel

Atty. David is the Firm’s Special Counsel for Financial Technology (FinTech) Law and regulations.

He obtained a double degree from the Holy Angel University in 2009, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Major in Financial Management.

Atty. David is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

He graduated from the Ateneo Law School with a Juris Doctor degree in 2015 and passed the Bar Examination in 2016.

He currently completing his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of California – Berkeley Law coupled with a Law and Technology Certificate Course and a Business Law Certificate Course.

At present, Atty. David is the Spokesperson and Chief FinTech & Virtual Currency Officer of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) under the Office of the President.
